- We provide service-level commitments documented in the Trust Center, with support tiers per contract.
1. Acceptable use
You may not use the EDGHAZ platform to violate the law, infringe third-party rights, attempt to bypass platform terms of service, or attempt to reverse-engineer our detection models. We reserve the right to suspend service for abusive use following written notice.
2. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your trademarks, copyrighted assets and data. EDGHAZ retains all rights to its platform, models, datasets and documentation. License grants are limited and described in your contract.
3. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EDGHAZ's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. EDGHAZ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
